Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is available to meet with families to discuss their child’s progress and any issues they may be having at home or in the community. Our Student and Family Support Coordinator works closely with families to ensure that parents feel supported and have access to the resources they need.

We help you every step of the way.

Funding & Insurance

We assist you in getting set up with funding which may help cover the cost of therapy and services. Payment plans can be set up if additional funding is required.

Perseus will bill your insurance company for the therapy services we provide.  Based on your child’s insurance plan, you may have a co-payment or deductible you are responsible for. Part of the initial onboarding process is to determine what your insurance costs, if any, will look like and to communicate that with you.

Support Groups

We offer parent support groups every month where parents and staff members may come together to learn from each other and provide mutual support for one another. The groups are led by our Board Certified BCBAs and other qualified professionals. Parents and other loved ones can be kept up to date with the latest developments in working with those with autism, learn how to incorporate therapies used at the learning center in their homes for continuity of care, and socialize with those who are having similar challenges and successes in life.

Monthly Parent Training

Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst will meet with you monthly to discuss your child’s progress and any issues you may be having at home or in the community. Spouses, grandparents, and others who help care for you child are welcome to attend these individualized meetings.

Monthly Sibling Workshop

Our clinical team under the direction of a BCBA runs a monthly program for the siblings of our clients.  This is a wonderful opportunity for siblings to be able to talk to others who have similar challenges, to make friends, and to feel a connection with others.

Regular Communication

All families receive regular communication form our Teachers, BCBA, and administration with phone calls, personal visits, and/or emails.  You and your child are our number one priority, and we take that partnership very seriously.
