More about our Leadership

JenH

Jennifer

Mesa

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Jennifer lives in Queen Creek with her family.  She moved to Arizona in 2015 from Indianapolis, Indiana where she began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior technician and quickly fell in love with the science of ABA.  She began her Master's Degree in ABA within 6 months of starting in the field and has never looked back.

She has also lived in Cleveland, OH, and Baltimore, MD, since graduating with her undergraduate degree in Psychology.  She grew up in the suburbs of St. Louis, MO, playing club soccer and cheerleading for football in high school and went on the play soccer in college for 2 years as well.

She likes to spend time with her children, playing with her dog (Lolly) dancing, playing board games, watching sci-fi fantasy tv shows/movies, and crafts of all kinds. She has a passion for parent training and whole family support including grandparents, siblings, etc. She feels it is important to include all important members of a client's life in treatment to create a high level of coordination of care and consistency across environments.  Jennifer also has a passion for training future BCBAs through creating Perseus Learning Center's behavior analytic trainee (BAT ) program.

Her goal is to eventually earn her Doctorate in organizational leadership with an emphasis in ABA/special education.

MEGAN

Lakeside

Office Manager

Megan is originally from Show Low and loved her time growing up in that area. She has been working with the physically and mentally disabled for about 13 years in various positions. A few years ago, she moved into the field of ABA to help children with autism progress emotionally and socially. She feels a connection to working with children with autism, and her dream job would be to manage and help run an ABA clinic. However, she would still love to be able to participate in the direct care of clients because she finds joy in helping those that need it most.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping and doing anything outdoors. She loves exploring the woods while driving her 4-Runner. She especially loves driving through the mud as she explores!

Gavin

Mesa

Supervisor / Registered Behavioral Technician

Gavin grew up right here in Mesa, although he has lived all over the state of Arizona, including Payson and downtown Phoenix. He chose to work in the field of behavioral health because he believes in helping people and loves seeing others enjoy life as they progress. He is fascinated by how the human brain functions and wants to help others understand the world around them better. In the future, he would like to become a mental health counselor to assist those who are struggling.

In his spare time, he loves playing games, such as Magic: The Gathering. He also spends time reading and listening to music.
